Manage employees’ schedules. You can monitor their working hours. If an employee worked overtime, this is where it is recorded. If your employee’s attendance is automated through our software then the overtime will be calculated automatically. And it will also be displayed in the payroll window.
Go to Setup then HR Setup and then Overtime Slabs
Enter the overtime name, and add a time range, which is as per minutes, i.e. the worker worked from what minutes to what minutes. and accountable man hours is, according to the minutes how many hours they worked. Now select overtime type that if the overtime is regular, weekday off which means if the employee works on weekdays that is on Sundays, or holiday overtime that is the days that are off for your store.
