The attendance list for every employee and every date can be manually loaded and submitted here. If you utilize a biometric device, the system will automatically record your attendance, and it will be updated whenever you process payroll for any employee. However, if the biometric device is not integrated, you can still manually add the attendance.
Go to HR and then Attendance Entry
When you click Load Employee List after entering the date and store name, a list of all the employees employed by that store will show. If any of them were absent on that date, you can indicate that fact. The in and out times are also editable. then send.
