Attendance Entry

The attendance list for every employee and every date can be manually loaded and submitted here. If you use a biometric device, the system will automatically record employees’ attendance and be updated whenever you process payroll for any employee.
However, if the biometric device is not integrated, you can still manually add the attendance. To record attendance manually:

Go to HR and then Attendance Entry

When you click Load Employee List after entering the date and store name, a list of all the employees of that store will be displayed. You can indicate that fact if any of them were absent on that date, you can mark them as absent. The ‘in’ and ‘out’ times are also editable. You may edit them as per the employees’ working time.
