Ready Orders

All orders, including those that are in various phases of production and those that are prepared for delivery or trial, will be displayed on this page along with their current status. From here, you may update the customer on the status of their order by sending them an email, SMS, or WhatsApp message.

Go to Sales then Planner and then Ready Orders 

Select and enter the location in the search field, then click the search icon next to the search bar to retrieve the results. The information will all be displayed with customer names.

You can view the production stage details by clicking the view icon.

When you click the view icon, a list of the goods the customer has requested will show. Here, you can see when the production process began or ended as well as what stage the item is now in.
