Estimates

Make an estimate whenever any customers want to go with their budget and want to know about the approximation and send quotations to them.

Go to Sales then Orders and then Estimates.

You can create estimates for customers by providing all the details but the estimate can not possess any monetary value. So you can directly go to the Orders to create an order.
